SCS Strategic Plan: 2021 and beyond

We have just completed Stage 2 - Setting our Priorities. Over 5,400 of our community members have engaged online and 1,550 face to face. Many more of you have particpated in discussions within your local community. A big thank you to everyone who engaged in the development of our mission, vision and values and the development of our priorities for 2021 and beyond. Our mission, vision and values are:

Our Mission:
To know and love Christ through learning

Our Vision:
Thriving Catholic communities through excellent teaching
and learning

Our Values:
Truth, empathy, excellence, curiosity and collaboration

We have now finalised our draft values descriptors, which will inform how we work together and our long term priorities (broad goals for the whole of our community). They are forward looking, action oriented and focussed on improved outcomes for our students. These will be critiqued by our senior staff over the coming week and shared with the community for further comment in due course.

Stage 3 - Determining the measurement of our strategic plan will also be undertaken by the end of this year. Our measurement will clearly define how we will know that we are achieving our vision.

Don’t forget to visit the 'Key Dates' section to keep up to date on upcoming engagement opportunities.
