What is Sydney Catholic Schools strategic plan?
Our strategic plan is a communication tool which outlines how we want to grow into the future. It articulates a vision, a set of aligned goals and a method of measurement to monitor and report our progress.
Whilst a clear vision creates stability, this does not mean that the plan is static. The critical targets remain the same over a length of time, however we may adjust our actions ahead of and in response to changes in the internal and external environments.
Why is it important to have your say?
Our community is diverse, from our families, our staff to our parishes, our students and our partners. Each of us has differing needs and wants. Your feedback plays an essential part in developing a strategic plan which truly reflects the needs and priorities of the community.
