Open doors to all, continue to be inspired by the Word of God and listen to communities more. Take different approaches in differently structured parishes, understand what a parish wants in their education system and help all to learn in spreading the good news.

We live as Jesus did- humble, joyful and deeply compassionate for the dignity of all.We express it through action - deep action - not just surface level. We are present as witnesses of Jesus by serving our communities in all facets - not just in education. Our support of families and students in need make us modern day Jesus'.

To educate in the truth, and for genuine freedom and evangelical love, is at the very heart of the Church’s mission. In a cultural climate in which moral norms are often thought to be matters of personal preference, Catholic schools have a crucial role to play in leading the younger generation to realize that freedom consists above all in being able to respond to the demands of the truth (cf. Veritatis Splendor, No. 84).” – St John Paul II, speaking to US bishops in Rome in 1998.

People are always more attracted by example than words. Catholic identity is more caught than taught. We still need to teach but teaching must be accompanied by authenticity and integrity. You also need to show passion and enthusiasm, that faith is exciting and life changing in a positive and enjoyable way.
